With the addition of the second section of the form, and progression into two handed push hands, I seem to be moving pretty quickly, especially with me generally being the only student now. Bobby wanted to try to add more of the form, but gave me the option to continue and I chose to stop where we were for the week so that I could absorb what I had learned.

Firefox 3.5 is suppose to be the next big thing in browsing, at least from Firefox’s perspective. It has a new javascript engine, and a host of changes all centered around improving performance and security. However, I’ve heard from those that upgraded that it’s not all it’s cracked up to be. There appear to be many addons that cause significant loss in performance in 3.5 that did not happen in 3.0, a couple of which I use.

I’m moving my Taiji updates to weekly rather than after each class. I don’t think there’s really enough going on to really do this after each class. I missed an update for Wednesday last week so I’ll include it here. I’ll also go into the little bit of the Legends of Kung Fu tournament I went to over the weekend.

So I’ve mandated that I’ll eat better, and determined the best course of action is just to keep it simple. I’ve not been on this track 100% (yet) but I’m already doing tons better than I was before. I’m still working out portions and whatnot, but I honestly can’t say cooking is hard as long as you keep it simple.

I know you’re not suppose to review a non-released product, especially when it’s in beta, but I’m going to anyway because I won’t be playing it on release, most likely. I’ll explain why later, just know that the game itself isn’t the reason. I played the closed beta over the weekend, which I was granted access to via the preorder I bought of the Collectors Edition. As indicated, I do have a serious problem with the game, but first I will review the game itself.
